Using the service
The service is for public transit in Raqqa Governorate and its countryside. Your account is personal, and you may not share your payment code with anyone.
Balance
Your balance is only for paying trip fares and cannot be transferred between accounts. It is topped up in cash at authorised top-up points.
Fares
Fares depend on the line the bus runs: city lines and rural lines. The fare is shown in the app before you pay, and the amount of a completed trip never changes.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed within 72 hours of the trip. Contact support with the transaction number from your history.
Privacy
We keep your name, phone number, trip history and transactions to run the service and for accounting. The bus location is recorded during trips for operations; passenger location is never recorded. We do not sell your data or share it with any third party.
Account security
Do not share your password or a picture of your payment code. Tell us immediately if you lose your device so we can suspend the account.
